Daydreams

As I gaze out the front windows at a lead-grey sky ripe for snow, the mind is drifting elsewhere.
The place of choice for me is the Caribbean . Those clear, turquoise waters...tropical breezes...swaying palms and delicious absence of obligation lure the winter weary. The stifling multi-layered clothing is traded for bathing suits and flowing gauze dresses... sun-warmed skin rejoices ! Imagine strolling the warm white sand hand-in-hand with a special someone...ahhh,the stuff of dreams...
A friend told me about a diving trip there and that the spot was now a screensaver image on Windows. On went my 'puter, and there, in all its glory, was the very same place !!! I can now daydream with a specific backdrop ! How easy is that ?
Oh,well...back to reality for a bit...duty calls. Have a wonderful day !
