DIY - YAY !
Hello !
During a quick visit to the world of google before work , I came across DIY recipes for sanitizing wipes and baby wipes !
On the off chance you might be interested , as well , I am passing along their recipes ( the how-to is the same for each ) .
Sanitizing Wipes 2 1/2 cups 70% isopropyl alcohol
1 cup cold water
1 TBSP liquid dish soap
Baby Wipes 2 cups warm water
2 TBSP baby wash or pure Castile soap for baby
1 TBSP baby oil (or sweet almond oil or coconut oil)
How To You will need an airtight container or the large round , empty wipes container
1 roll of strong paper towels
1. Make your own solution in a measuring cup - water or alcohol first , then the rest .
Mix well , then let it sit .
2. Measure your roll of towels vertically against your container (the large , round , upright kind)
allow at least 1" between the roll and top of container .
3. Cut the towel roll with a sharp knife .
4. Put the cut roll into the container , pour in the solution , getting it all over the towels .
Let it sit for 2 minutes .
5. Carefully remove the cardboard tube from the center of the roll of towels . Gently pull your
first wipe , from the inside of the roll , and close the container .
They made it all seem so simple and how nice to control the ingredients !
Wishing you a splendid day !
