Grey.Grey Day

Good Morning !
Fall has arrived , bringing cold nights and pale sunny days . The wind blew in great gusts , with a side-order of rain , and the day is grey . It would be a wonderful excuse to snuggle back into the covers and spend the day with a good book and a cup of tea ! Ah well , reality intrudes...
I'm enjoying the new "office" enormously ! There is a sense of deep peace and calm here...a real haven . Now that the office is done , things finally have a designated place to be , freeing up much needed space in other rooms . It's wonderful ! The supplies sit assembled in the garage, ready to transform my bedroom , whenever time allows . The color of choice is a pale Baby Blue , again , with white trim . Having finally pinned down my "style" , it's Beach Cottage all the way ! If all proceeds as hoped , the kitchen will follow with white cabinets and trim and "Parchment" walls . I'd love to put in beadboard wainscotting... The living room/dining room combo poses a problem , in that its color of choice hasn't asserted itself yet . I'll have to ponder that a bit more .
