Progress !

Yesterday , a friend and I descended upon the outside world and went shopping ! Fortified by a lovely lunch at a local place (whose Rose Garden is still dripping with beautiful blooms ) we ventured forth . Our destinations of choice were the two larger craft stores in the area . Oh , the joy ! We wandered contentedly through aisles and aisles of possibilities...each coming away with small treasures . Mine is a tiny art glass heart pendant with satin cord . It's a collage of dark jewel tones and little sparkly bits...so lovely (I'm thrilled ! ).
After that we came back to my house to show the progress on the new room . My friend has the uncanny ability to look at a something and know how to properly style it . After her comments , sitting still for tea was impossible...I had to move the furniture ! What a difference ! The big pieces are finally where they belong and the room looks so open and inviting ! Time now to load on all the stuff (in its proper place ) and bring in the accessories . When all is done , I'll post the photos .
