The mild weather of yesterday did not deter a winter-weary friend from sending along a beautiful , full-color photo of a Caribbean beach ! Unknown to the sender , the featured spot is on an island on my personal Bucket List ! The sky is intense blue...the water is tropical turquoise...the beach is sparkling white , rimmed with deep green vegetation.Aaaahhhhhh...Fantasies abound of balmy breezes , summer clothes , umbrella-bedecked drinks , good food , good company and the time to savor it all !
My best friend advises we are halfway to Spring...hooray !! Those nodding , fragrant daffodils are still too far away to enjoy , but those photos will see me through til then !
