Shared Treasures

That quote "No man is an island " is so very true . We each have something to contribute to the help and joy of others. This was brought to light on Friday after reading the post by my friend Annie about the Wolf Moon. A well read,special and wonderful woman, she has been a source of inspiration and information to so many people ! I tend to keep my eyes down and run with tasks the madness at hand brings...a self-defence mechanism. Annie's experience with such matters allows her to inform and comfort those now in that trevail .
Back to the moon...I followed her direction about when to see the moon to best advantage. Having missed the show at sunset, I was determined to see it later and was able to dash out several times over the course of the evening . Stepping outside was like entering an alternate universe where all was peaceful ,amazing and beautiful...so connected to the Creator ! The thought of almost missing it all through ignorance brought mixed feelings...shame to be uninformed...yet joyful to be rescued to experience it,after all and to share the event with others .
Take the time to reach out with whatever bits come to you.We have no idea of the far-reaching effects this investment of our time can bring . We're all in this together...remember your kindergarten lessons and share with others !
