Thanksgiving

The day after tomorrow is Thanksgiving in the U.S.A. We are a people most blessed to live here,with such abundance,with so many opportunities that others flock here to enjoy them,too.
During the time following the nation of Israel being liberated from Egypt,their blessings depended on the humility of the people and their focus on,and grattitude toward God . Appreciation for what we're given makes us folks who can rise to our better selves and fulfill our potential .
I am grateful for all those God has put in my path,to help and encourage me,when so sorely needed . They were not always well known...sometimes people in passing who took a moment to say something kind...or be extra patient when Mother and I were out on an errand. There are dear friends,who have included us in their family when we were so alone... some we interact with on a regular basis,who have become friends and have gone out of their way to help and guide us through difficult times . I ask God's bountiful blessings on these dear folks,who have no idea how deeply their kindness has touched us ,nor the profound difference they have made . To all of you...I am thankful for you ! Happy Thanksgiving !!
